Dear Oldtimer Enthusiast!

Every year, more than fifty unique and beautiful vintage cars and motorcycles arrive from all over Europe to participate in the Balatonfüred Concours d’Elegance. The most beautiful cars from neighboring countries and Hungary gather on the shores of Lake Balaton in mid-May to compete for the Best of Show title, which is the highest recognition in the world of oldtimers, as well as for category and special prizes.

The event, supported by FIVA (Fédération Internationale des Véhicules Anciens) and MAVAMSZ, is backed by two leading Hungarian automotive magazines, Veterán Autó és Motor and autóMagazin.

Classics on four wheels – €265 (€275 if paid by December 31, 2025)

Classics on two or three wheels – €120 (€110 if paid by December 31, 2025)

E. Overseas cars (USA-Australia) manufactured after 1945

F. Iconic Japanese car models (until 2000)

G. Alfa Romeo Spider (1966-2000)

H. Racing cars (until 2000)

I. Motorcycles (pre-World War II and manufactured between 1946 and 2000)

We are primarily looking for cars and motorcycles that have not yet been featured at the Balatonfüred Concours d’Elegance event. A maximum of ten cars in each category will participate in the beauty contest to be held on the Tagore Promenade in Balatonfüred. There will be no pre-screening. Motorcycles can be entered in two categories, with a maximum of thirty in total. To apply, please provide at least four high-quality photos of each vehicle, with a minimum length of 2500 pixels on the longer side, as well as a detailed description. The application will be finalized upon receipt of the full entry fee. In case of cancellation, 50 percent of the entry fee will be refunded until April 10. In case of cancellation after April 11, the entry fee will not be refunded, but can be used within three years. OT or FIVA certification is not required for entry. A catalog of the registered vehicles will be published in the May issue of Veterán Autó és Motor magazine.

    Friday, May 15

    From 9:30 a.m. III. Ötvös Csöpi memorial tour in the Balaton Uplands, late afternoon parking of participating cars and trailers. Evening award ceremony and welcome drink at the Vitorlás restaurant.

    Saturday, May 16

    From 8:00 a.m. Parking of vehicles on the Tagore Promenade. During the day, discussions, programs, and a VIP Lounge await participants. At 6:00 p.m., parking in the garage, followed by a gala dinner.

    Sunday, May 17

    From 8:00 a.m. Parking of vehicles on the Tagore Promenade. At 3:00 p.m., announcement of results, followed by a parade in Balatonfüred.
